On Saturday, August 15, during a mission to monitor and secure several sites on the Petite Côte. Around 5 p.m., the police went to a rented villa in Saly Joseph. Welcomed by the security guard, Mr. Mbathie, they asked him to present the administrative documents of the house. The agent explained to them that the documents were held by the manager, absent at the time of the check, before going upstairs to pick up his phone in order to warn him.
