After the video of 7-year-old innocent Ragini jumping 400 meters from one foot to school in Ballia went viral, the district administration has extended a helping hand. On Wednesday DM Mangala Prasad Singh reached his house and handed over two tricycles, books, toys and chocolates.
UP News: Seven-year-old Ragini's dedication to studies impressed the District Magistrate. The DM visited the village and provided her with books, two tricycles, and assured her of all possible help for her education and treatment.
