ROWAN CO., N.C. – A Rowan County man is accused of exposing himself to minors. Deputies say 33-year-old Samuel Petre performed sex acts in the presence of two juveniles, while taking them for a walk. He is charged with four counts of indecent liberties with a child. It happened on Crawford Road near Salisbury on April 5th. After an investigation, Petre was arrested last Friday and is being held under a $500,000 secured bond.
