Rutgers student, 19, still being treated after electric shock at frat house

A month has passed since a 19-year-old Rutgers University student was critically injured in a fraternity house. There’s still no word on the extent of his injuries, but the prosecutor’s office confirmed Friday that he is still receiving treatment at a local hospital. The Matawan man, who was electrically shocked, was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital the night of Oct. 14.
