Russian attacks on Ukraine overnight wounded dozens of people in the northeastern city of Kharkiv and killed two people in the Kiev region, Ukrainian authorities said. Kiev said a fire broke out in the building of the Academy of Sciences after the attack, claiming one life.
The site is located in the centre of the capital, in an area usually more spared than the rest of the city by Russian drones, close to embassies and government buildings.
