- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Norway on Tuesday for talks with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr regarding air defence support. The leaders will discuss assistance to help Ukraine endure the coming winter.
- Zelenskyy stated on Sunday that Ukraine must develop its own anti-ballistic system, citing current capabilities as "our weak point," and plans to hold meetings in Norway and Canada to secure further military support.
