Russia is creating a "sovereign" AI with a check for "traditional values" - the Central State University of Russia has begun developing a "sovereign" artificial intelligence, which should correspond to "traditional spiritual and moral values". The FSB plans to develop criteria for checking the model together with the Ministry of Digital Affairs of the Russian Federation.
