Rural Minnesota school on the market for $1.7M
Indus School in Baudette closed nearly three years ago due to declining enrollment and budget shortfalls, as stated by the South Koochiching-Rainy River School District.
The school, covering pre-K through 12th grade, is now for sale for $1.7 million, including all learning materials inside.
The sale includes microscopes, pottery wheels, band equipment, and tools for metalworking and building trades.
The campus features a 28,000-square-foot hockey arena with a Zamboni, and the closure decision was upheld by the Minnesota Court of Appeals in 2024.
