December 12, 2025 10:30 a.m. Roseburg Police jailed a woman twice after contacting her two times late Thursday night into Friday morning. An RPD report said at around 10:45 p.m. officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard and Northwest Stewart Parkway.
