During the Al-Tawun - Al-Hilal match in Saudi Arabia, a section of Al-Tawun fans provoked Portuguese international Ruben Neves by chanting "Jota, Jota, Jota", alluding to his late close friend and former teammate Diogo Jota, who died in a car accident in 2025 along with his brother Andre Silva.
