Despite 86 per cent needing internet access throughout the day, 17 per cent experience connectivity issues daily, causing stress for 65 per cent of users who value device reliability.
Research shows 77 per cent of tech users overthink gadget scenarios, with 41 per cent anxious while waiting for replies and 29 per cent stressed by misinterpreted messages.
Generational differences emerged: 27 per cent of Boomers stress over forgotten passwords, while 22 per cent of younger adults feel agitated when phone storage reaches capacity.
