Robert Pattinson Teases 'Ambitious' Batman Sequel Is a 'Real Left Turn'
Pattinson says the sequel will keep the first film’s feel while taking a different approach, with plot details still secret.

- Director Matt Reeves is currently filming the sequel at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, with additional shooting in Glasgow and Liverpool. The project exists within Reeves' separate Batman universe, distinct from James Gunn and Peter Safran's main DCU.
- Featuring a large ensemble cast including Scarlett Johansson and Sebastian Stan, the film promises a "very dense" script. Stan recently compared the experience to filming The Godfather Part Two, adding, "I feel that highly about it."
- When Part II premieres, it will have been six years since the first film. DC Studios co-chief James Gunn defended the release delays by explaining it is "fairly common" for big-budget titles to have lengthy gaps.
