The radars of the Ministry of National Defence detected on Friday night an aerial target that evolved near the border with Romania, in the area of the village of Vâlkove in Ukraine. Two Spanish F-18 planes were raised in the air, and the inhabitants of the north of Tulcea County received a message RO-Alert.
Residents of northern Tulcea County received a RO-Alert message on the night of 25 to 26 September, after Ministry of National Defence radars identified an aerial target in the area of Vâlkove locality, in the territory of Ukraine.
