RNC impound vehicle of driver owing over $13K in fines - NTV: Newfoundland and Labrador's Most Trusted News Source

A driver is without his vehicle following a traffic stop in St. John’s on Tuesday morning. Officers stopped the vehicle on Frecker Drive at 8:55 am. The 28-year-old male was issued tickets for driving without vehicle registration and insurance. Police also determined that the driver had over $13,000 in outstanding fines.
