Riverhead hires new police officer
The Riverhead Police Department has a new probationary police officer. Officer Daniel Concannon was sworn in by Chief Ed Frost at the start of Tuesday’s Town Board meeting after the board unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the new hire. Concannon previously served the police department as a traffic control officer, a part-time police officer and a seasonal police officer. Source
