- FCI Delhi officials processed the allocation with "undue haste" despite policy violations, the CBI claims, resulting in losses exceeding Rs 28 crore to the state-run corporation through the alleged criminal conspiracy.
- Named in the FIR, senior officials from both FCI and NERAMAC allegedly used intermediaries to facilitate diversion of subsidised stocks meant for daily-wage earners and migrant workers not covered under public distribution schemes.
