MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery’s Habitat for Humanity has cut the ribbon to its newest addition at New Hope Village. A new road has opened at the neighborhood, which is at the corner of Millard Fuller Drive and Alabama River Parkway.
