The city of Borås has paid out over 2.5 million kronor in grants to the local RFSL association – which is one of Sweden's largest. But since 2014, there has been no follow-up on how the money has been used. At the same time, former employees and board members testify to the generous use of grant money: Purchases from the treasurer's private company and renovations where relatives of the operations manager have been hired.
