November 2024 death of sanitation worker reveals negligence from DPW, according to State's Attorney
Baltimore City State’s Attorney Ivan Bates announced today that his Homicide Unit has completed a review of the fatal Department of Public Works truck collision that resulted in the death of Timothy Cartwell in November of 2024.
