A recently founded Serbian company offered two billion euros to Russian companies Gazprom Neft and Gazprom for their stake in NIS.
Established less than a year ago, the Serbian firm KFT Senator Treasury G.T.7 Two LLC offered Russian Gazprom and Gazprom oil Euro2 billion ($2.35 billion) for their combined share of 56.1 per cent in the NIS oil company, which runs the only oil refinery in Serbia, as reported by the owner of Senator Ranko Mimović.
