Statistics Estonia analyst Johanna Linda Pihlak pointed out that the sales volume of retail trade companies, which had grown since December last year, began to decline in August. "The decrease in sales volume was affected by both industrial goods and grocery stores. Grocery stores were the most affected, where sales volume decreased by 5% compared to August last year," Pihlak added.
