Mexican writer Pedro Miguel announced on social networks that he will deliver a letter to the head of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH), Joel Omar Vázquez, in which he asks to exhume the remains of Hernán Cortés and hand them over to the Spanish authorities.
