- The 203-page report is based on interviews with more than 100 survivors, advocates, and officials. Worcester remains the only diocese without a public list of credibly accused clergy.
- Campbell now urges legislative action, specifically "Eliminating the $20,000 charitable immunity cap for civil claims involving child sexual abuse;" and removing statutes of limitations for survivors.
- State lawmakers are currently considering legislation to implement these reforms, which would provide a two-year window for survivors to file claims previously barred by statute expiration.
