Repeat offender with escape history remains behind bars

MEADOW LAKE — A man arrested in Alberta in July and wanted in connection with a Saskatchewan shooting remains in custody. Christopher Ernest was back in Meadow Lake Provincial Court on Dec. 8. He was remanded in custody and his matter adjourned to Dec. 22 when he is expected to enter an election.
