COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Tabor City man was officially sentenced in Columbus County Court as a habitual felon. The first week of December, 65-year-old, Frank “Bo” Phillips was sentenced to 13.5 years in the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections.
