In the investigation of the Central Arbitration Board, the testimony of the arbitrator Yasin Kol, who was referred to the court with a request for arrest, was revealed. Kol, in his statement, said, “I have never made illegal bets and sent any money to others to play. I do not accept the findings.”

The MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board) report prepared regarding the arrested referee Yasin Kol stated that there was a transaction volume exceeding 84 million 181 thousand TL between 2012 and 2026. The file also included allegations that money transfers to some referees who officiated the same matches took place around the dates of the matches.
Allegations have emerged against Yasin Kol, who was arrested on charges of match-fixing and bribery. Kol allegedly transferred money to 64 individuals who worked with him in at least one match. Kol received 218,000 TL from these individuals, while 853,000 TL was withdrawn. 40 of these transfers were made after the matches had already begun.
Yasin Kol denied the allegations of illegal betting but admitted to recommending referees he wanted to work with on crucial matches to the Head of the Central Referee Committee, Ferhat Gündoğdu. The expert report, however, reduced the transaction volume from 134.6 million Turkish Lira to 84.1 million Turkish Lira due to duplicate entries.
