FRESNO COUNTY, CA (KMJ) A young woman is dead and a Fresno County man is in jail after a DUI crash into the Friant-Kern Canal. California Highway Patrol officers were called just after 11PM Thursday night to Jensen Avenue, east of Navelencia. A Dodge Challenger had gone off the roadway and into the canal.
