In an effort to spread the earliest arrival of spring in Japan across the nation and promote winter tourism in Okinawa, the Japan Airlines (JAL) and Japan Transocean Air (JTA) Group held a ceremony to send out cut cherry blossoms at Naha Airport on the 16th. The flowers will be delivered to 23 airports across Japan served by the JAL Group, including Naha Airport.
