(Red Oak, IA) – Deputies who initiated a traffic stop early this (Tuesday) morning in Red Oak, ended-up arresting a man on a drug charge. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Jeffrey Allan Martin, of Red Oak, was taken into custody for Possession of Methamphetamine-2nd Offense. (Montgomery Co.) A Red Oak man was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine 2nd Offense. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Jeffrey Allan Martin was arrested following a traffic stop at 2nd Street and Market Street in Red Oak at 12:18 this (Tuesday) morning. Martin was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $2,000 bond.
