THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. — A Red Lake, Minnesota, woman died in a crash Sunday afternoon, March 22, in northern Minnesota. According to a report from the Minnesota State Patrol, Floris Ruby Rose Strong, 35, was driving a 2012 Dodge Caravan westbound on Great Divide Road Northwest at 12:06 p.m. Sunday when the vehicle crossed Highway 89 and rolled into trees.
