Russian forces targeted a DTEK coal mine for the second day after a drone strike killed 12 miners and injured 16, with only 14 of 145 mines still operational, officials said.

Russia struck a coal mine operated by Ukraine's biggest private energy firm, DTEK, in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for the second time over the past day, the company said on Feb. 2.
