- An IDA site inspection found 4,800 square meters of the 12,000-square-meter plot were occupied starting September 14, three days before the lease began, resulting in the Rs 4.03 lakh charge.
- Following the complaint from Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Rakesh Singh Yadav, Indore city Congress president Chintu Chouksey disputed the demand, alleging the administration is a "puppet" of the ruling party.
