Rabobank and LUMO Labs Avendar’s €2.2M round to give European governments a sovereign AI alternative to Palantir

Avendar, a Dutch startup building AI software for public-sector investigations, has secured €2.2 million in seed funding to expand its platform and push into new European markets.
