Russian President Vladimir Putin will address the plenary of the XI of the Eastern Economic Forum (WEF) on Thursday, 3 September. "The central event (Forum-IF) will be a plenary meeting on 3 September and will be attended by President Subianto of Indonesia, Prime Minister Nim-Osorin Uchral of Mongolia, Vice-President Nyo Saw of Myanmar, and Deputy Prime Minister Din Xuesian of the State Council of China.
