- Putin accused European powers of proposing Ukraine peace terms Moscow finds absolutely unacceptable and hindering US-led negotiations by cutting off contacts with Russia.
- With US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in Moscow, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine and the US agreed on a 20-point deal as talks began in the Kremlin.
