‘Purged’ CIA Officials Plan Their Return At ‘Deep State Plot’ Party At Gay Karaoke Bar
LGBTQ officers in the intelligence community who said they were silenced or purged under the Trump administration are planning to return to intelligence roles, according to HUMINT founder Sasha Ingber.
Sasha Ingber attended a resignation party at a gay karaoke bar in Virginia celebrating former CIA analyst Julia Curlee, the first CIA officer to openly transition while serving until laid off in Trump's second term.
Julia Curlee wrote in an Atlantic op-ed that the Trump White House tolerated her transgender status until it became public, after which her service and accomplishments were disregarded.
