PORT NECHES — Two males from Port Arthur are being held on bonds totaling $150,000 each in connection with the July 10 armed robbery of a person in Port Neches selling a PlayStation 5.   Deshan Vital, 17, and Ryan Briones, 18, were arrested on warrants on Aug. 29 on the charges of aggravated robbery.
