François Ruffin will not be able to take part in the vote of the Socialists in October, because of the veto of Raphaël Glucksmann. The modalities of the election, partly revealed on Tuesday, leave a serious doubt about the will of his actors to make it an open and attractive democratic moment.
PS's first secretary, Olivier Faure, pleaded again on Monday in favour of a more open primary from François Ruffin to Raphaël Glucksmann in order to gather the left.
In an open letter consulted this Tuesday by franceinfo, members of the Socialist Party plead to extend the primary of the left PS-Public Place to, among others, Marine Tondelier and François Ruffin. They call not to have "fear of democracy".
The PS candidate accuses Raphaël Glucksmann's spokesperson of "vomiting on François Ruffin", after a particularly violent message.
