José Luís Carneiro demands guarantees about changes to the Constitution, pensions, financing of investments and support for victims of the February storms. The socialist leader warns that, without clear commitments from Luís Montenegro, the socialists will not be available to guarantee approval.
The demands were put forward by the Socialist secret general, Jos Lus Carneiro, after the debate on the motion of censure to the government put forward by the European Parliament on Friday.
Luís Montenegro will have to ensure that there will be no constitutional changes without agreement between PS and PSD.
