The Attorney General's Office understands that, unlike what happened in 2017, Rivas did not commit any crime of child abduction by being at all times traceable and used the legal channels at his disposal to get his son Daniel to stay with her.
The Public Prosecutor ' s Office has requested the Investigation Section of the Granada Court of Instance to close the criminal case against Juana Rivas for an alleged offence of abduction of minors.
