Prosecutor Lazić: What Is Happening Is a Complete Suppression of the Rule of Law

When asked what it would mean for Serbian society if the prosecutors assigned to the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime (TOK) who worked on the most important cases, such as Nadstrešnica, General Staff or "Jovanjica", were actually sent elsewhere, the prosecutor of the Court of Appeal in Novi Sad, Radovan Lazić, pointed out that we would then fall into a crisis in which "the mafia would defeat the state".
