Ukraine's Prosecutor General says he won't resign amid major scandal unless Zelensky asks
Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko said on Sept. 7 that he has no plans to resign and would do so at the request of his colleagues, the president, or parliament, public broadcaster Suspilne reported.
Kravchenko said that he was not going to write a statement of dismissal, he said, he sees no reason for this. He also noted that he has answers to all questions that may arise to him in the context of the detention of prosecutor Nettle.
Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko said that he does not plan to leave office on his own, but is ready to resign if asked by President Vladimir Zelensky or the Verkhovna Rada.
At the same time, the prosecutor general stressed that at the moment he does not intend to resign of his own accord
