The Hue City Police Investigative Police Department has prosecuted and detained Dang Van Vinh Hoang for driving a motorcycle when he had excessive alcohol levels, tested positive for drugs and traveled the wrong part of the road, causing an accident that killed a student.
(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Authorities have clarified that the driver involved in the fatal traffic accident in Hue City violated alcohol limits and tested positive for drugs.
Dang Van Vinh Hoang (Hue City) had a blood alcohol concentration of 254.82 mg/100 ml and also tested positive for methamphetamine when he was driving a motorbike and caused an accident with a bicycle, resulting in the death of an 11-year-old boy.
