ProRail doesn't anticipate any financial problems with the restoration of the high-speed line (HSL) between Schiphol and Rotterdam, despite the organization's funding shortage. "The HSL is so important, and this work is absolutely essential. Funding is being allocated for this, but it will come at the expense of other things," said ProRail CEO John Voppen during a press conference in Haarlem.
