WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) - Project HOPE, the street medicine organization that cares for Wheeling's homeless, is expanding its schedule. Instead of just seeing patients on Saturdays, they're now seeing them on Wednesday evenings as well. They say the need is on the rise.
