The desire for easy profit turned fatal for a 73-year-old senior citizen from Jesenice when he reacted to a suspiciously advantageous investment offer he saw on the Internet. He came across a fraudster, and because he acted according to his instructions, he lost more than 120,000 crowns. Only then did he contact the police, who are now investigating the case. If the fraudster is caught, he faces up to five years in prison.
