- The package targets upgrades at Lagos Port Complex and Tin Can Island Port Complex, supported by a £746 million UKEF-backed deal involving UK Export Finance, NPA, and Nigeria's Federal Ministry of Finance.
- King Charles III acknowledged painful chapters in shared history and thanked Tinubu for travelling during Ramadan, while Tinubu said 'Our people remain the strongest bridge between our two countries' at the first Ramadan state banquet since 1928, which included a prayer room and iftar.
- Leaders did not take questions after the meeting, set against Britain’s Nigerian diaspora of around 300,000 and Kemi Badenoch, Conservative Party leader , attending despite her criticisms.
