Pratt Named Cultural Council Director
John Pratt. (Provided Photo) (Greensburg, IN) – John Pratt has been hired as the part-time director of the Arts and Cultural Council of Decatur County. Pratt begins his duties on January 1. He played a key role in the Decatur County Bicentennial celebration throughout 2022, organized the inaugural Bill Smith Underground Railroad Festival, and was known during his time as a history teacher, first at North Decatur and then at Greensburg High School
