PRAGUE - The Municipal Court in Prague on Tuesday acquitted the ruling SPD movement's Tomi Okamura in the case of controversial election posters from 2024. It granted the SPD's appeal against the first-instance court's verdict, in which it convicted him of inciting hatred. According to the appeals court, it was not a criminal offense. The verdict is final. This was reported on Tuesday by the ČT24 station, writes a TASR correspondent in Prague.
