The Office of the Prosecutor of Córdoba has requested an independent expert report from the Court of Instance of Montoro on the cases of the Adamuz railway accident, which caused 46 deaths and a hundred injuries on 18 January. This is an alternative analysis to that already carried out by the Commission for the Investigation of Railway Accidents (CIAF), which reports to the Ministry of Transport.
